The M08F is a thermal printer, which produces content by heating thermal paper as it pass through the print head.
Therefore, the M08F requires thermal paper; regular paper without a thermal layer is not compatible.

  1. Power on the printer and connect it with Phomemo App.
  2. Go to the app's homepage and check the displayed paper size model.
