Place the Printing Paper/Tape
1. Printers with removable shaft
Relevant printer series:
M02 Series/M03 Series/M04 Series/T02 Series/M220/M100/M150/M110/M120/D520-BT
The placement steps for the paper roll in this type of printer are as follows:
1. Prepare the Paper Roll:
Ensure the paper roll is free of tears and is the correct size for your printer.
2. Open the Printer Cover:
There is a button on the front or side of the printer to open the paper compartment.
3. Insert paper onto the Long Shaft:
When inserting the paper roll onto the long shaft, pay attention to the direction of the printing surface of the paper roll.

4. Secure the Paper Roll:
There may be signs and slots that help secure the paper roll in place. The position for the long shaft should be closer to the printer's sensor side.
The adjustment shafts at both ends of this type of printer have a disk-shaped design with notches. When you assemble the printer paper with the adjustment shaft, place them together inside the printer's paper tray. The correct orientation is when the notches are facing towards you.
5. Close the Cover: Once the paper roll is correctly positioned, pull the end of the paper roll out beyond the cutter by 3-5 cm,close the printer cover or door.

2. Printers with adjustable plate

M221 Series/M832 Series/M834/S821 Series
1. Prepare the Paper Roll:
Ensure the paper roll is free of tears and is the correct size for your printer.
2. Open the Printer Cover:
There is a button on the front or side of the printer to open the paper compartment.
3. Placing printing paper into the paper compartment:
According to the characteristics of the adjustable plate configured for the printer, push or remove the blocking mechanism to allow enough space for the printing paper to be placed.

4. Secure the Paper Roll:
Push or remove the adjustable plate to secure the position of the paper roll.
5. Close the Cover:
Once the paper roll is correctly positioned, pull the end of the paper roll out beyond the cutter by 3-15 cm, close the printer cover or door.

3. Printers suitable to tape
Relevant printer series:
D30 series/P12 series/M960 series/D50 series/Q30
1. Prepare the Printing Tape:
Ensure the paper roll is free of tears and is the correct size for your printer.
2. Open the Printer Cover:
There is a buckle on the front or side of the printer to open the paper compartment.
3. Placing Printing Tape into the Paper Compartment:

5. Close the Cover:
Once the paper roll is correctly positioned, pull the end of the paper roll out beyond the cutter by 3-15 cm, close the printer cover or door.

4. Printers without paper compartment

M08F Series/P831Series/TP81Series/Q302/PM-241-BT/PM-245-BT/PM-249-BT/PM-344-WF
If your printer is P831, please install the ink ribbon first. For other models, please skip this step.

Ensure the paper sheet is free of tears and is the correct size for your printer.
2. Placing Printing Paper into the Paper Compartment:
Please adjust the width of the printer's adjustable plate according to the width dimensions of your printing paper. If your printer does not have this adjustment plate, please skip this step.
Power on the printer, then slowly use both hands to push and insert the printing paper into the printer until the printer detects it and automatically pulls the paper into the correct position.
