【Labelife APP】How to Connect WI-FI Shipping Label Printer Correctly

1.Check if the phone system Bluetooth is turned on
Using the App requires turning on Bluetooth and location permissions. You can turn them on in the system settings of your mobile device and then try to connect again.
2. Make sure your phone is connected to the WIFI network
After the mobile phone is connected to the WIFI network, the network name can be automatically matched when configuring the network for the WIFI printer in Labelife APP. You only need to confirm the password.If the phone is not connected to WIFI when the operation starts, the following error message will appear
3. Check the Wifi name and Password
1.1 In the Wi-Fi input box, enter the Wi-Fi name that your phone is connected with.
For example, your home has two routers: Router 1 and Router 2. The Wi-Fi name configured for Router 1 is WIFIONE, and the Wi-Fi name configured for Router 2 is WIFITWO.
Your phone needs to be connected to WIFIONE, so the Wi-Fi name filled in Printer Setting Tool must be WIFIONE.
1.2 The Wifi name to be filled in must be consistent with the Wi-Fi name your your phone connected with, and is case sensitive.
For example, the Wi-Fi name configured for Router 1 is WIFIONE. If you enter wifione, Labelife app will not be able to find the correct Wi-Fi network, resulting in configuration failure.
1.3 Please check again whether the input of Password of the Wi-Fi network is correct.
4. Reset the printer network settings
Press and hold the WiFi button on the printer until the blue light flashes twice and then release your finger. The printer will automatically restore the network factory settings.
5. Restart your devices
Restart your printer,phone and router to make sure they are working properly and connected successfully.
After restarting the router, please wait for 5 minutes to allow the Wifi network to completely reset and run stably.
6. Move the printer closer to the router
The distance between the printer and the router should not be too far to avoid signal interference.
Generally, the distance between the 5G network printer and the router is best kept within 10 meters, and make sure there are no excessive obstacles (such as walls or metal objects) in between.If the signal is weak, consider moving the printer closer to the router or using a Wi-Fi extender to boost the signal.
7. Try another device
Try connecting the printer to a different device (smartphone, tablet) to check if the problem is with the specific device you're using.
