[Tattoo Print] How to Enhance Tattoo Print Quality

1. Maintain a High Battery Level for the Printer.

To avoid compromised print quality, keep the printer's battery sufficiently charged. Should the battery level fall below 30%, we recommend charging it for 2 hours prior to printing.
The printer's battery status can be checked by double-clicking the power button, which generate a QR code displaying the current battery level.

Note: For accurate battery information, please refrain from charging the printer while printing the QR code.

2. Please check If Load the Tattoo Print Paper Correctly.

  1. Take out a piece of tattoo transfer paper, and remove its Protective Sheet.

  2. Trim the Yellow Backing Sheet along the top adhesive seam with a ruler or scissors.
  3. Long press the Powe button for 3 seconds to power on the printer and simultaneously press the cover open buttons with both hand.
  4. Place the white tracing paper face up and flat into the printer in the direction of the paper outlet. Make sure the tattoo paper covers the sensor.
  5. Put the Top Cover back down, and press down on both of its ends at the same time until you hear a click, indication the cover is securely closed.

3. Improve the Quality of Print Images.

The fidelity of printed images heavily relies on the quality of the original image. Please ensure that images are of high resolution to achieve the best print quality.

4. Increase Print Density and Anti Wrinkle Function.

Adjust the print density in the "Print Density" option to enhance print clarity. In "Anti-Wrinkle Mode", select the appropriate strength for optimal results.

5. Check If you Tear the Blue Carbon Sheet Properly.

When printing is complete, check if the paper tearing method is correct. You need to place the "White Tracing Sheet" underneath, then slowly peel off the "Blue Carbon Sheet" from the corner.

6. Clean the Print Head.

Use alcohol wipes to clean the printer's cutting section, paying close attention to areas with black line, to ensure no adhesive residue or foreign materials are obstructing the print head.

7. Switch Another Tattoo Print Paper.

The print quality may vary between different brands of supplies, so we recommend using purchased from official channels and then attempting to print again.

8. If the issue persists, please contact our support team and provide the following information:

  2. A demo video about the whole printing process.
  3. The printer's SN and firmware version (accessible via the "Phomemo" app).
