[T02 & M02 & M02S] How to Prevent Blurry and Missing Prints

Unclear printouts are usually caused by the following reasons:
Low battery levels/Insufficient print density/Unclean printheads/Subpar image quality
1. Maintain a High Battery Level for the Printer.
To avoid compromised print quality, keep the printer's battery sufficiently charged. Should the battery level fall below 30%, we recommend charging it for 2 hours prior to printing.
The printer's battery status can be checked by double-clicking the power button, which generate a QR code displaying the current battery level.

Note: For accurate battery information, please refrain from charging the printer while printing the QR code.
2. Clean the Print Head.
Use alcohol wipes to clean the printe's cutting section, paying close attention to areas with black line, to ensure no adhesive residue or foreign materials are obstructing the print head.
The following are the areas of the print head that need to be cleaned:
3. Increase Print Density.
Going to the "Print Desnity" option and adjust the print density as needed to enhance print clarity.
4. Switch to another Thermal Paper Roll.
Expired, moisture-exposed, or low-quality thermal print paper can significantly impact print quality. Please use another thermal print paper and print again.
5. Improve the Quality of Print Images.
The fidelity of printed images heavily relies on the quality of the original image. Please ensure that images are of high resolution to achieve the best print quality.
6. Upgrade Phomemo.

Please check your app version. If it's not up to date, kindly update it in the app store and then try printing again.
If the issue persists, please contact our support team and provide the following information:
- Images of both original and the printed output.
- The printer's SN and firmware version (accessible via the "Phomemo" app).

- Your order number, purchase date, and purchase platform.
