[T02 & M02 & M02S] How to Charge Your Printer Correctly

1.  Please switch another cable and make sure using 5V-2A power adapter.

1. Please Try with different data cables. 
2. Please reconfirm that the output voltage of the charging head in use is 5V-2A.
Alert
Fast chargers with output voltage exceeding 5V may damage the printer.

2. Ensure the connection is correct.

3. Check the indicator light status while charging.

After connecting the printer to a power outlet using the adapter, please check the status of the indicator light.

4. How to check the current battery level.

1. Please unplug the power cable and power on the printer.
2. Please load a thermal print paper into the printer.
3. Please double-click the power button to print a self-test page.


5.Charge the printer.

The printer's indicator light will flash during charging. When the printer is fully charged the indicator light will stop flashing. Typically, it takes 2-3 hours to fully charge the printer. Then please turn the printer on again.

6. Contact support.

If you have trouble charging your printer, please contact our support team and provide the following information:
1. A photo of the power adapter you're using (refer to Setp 1).
2. A demo video about the charging issue (please record while the cable connected so we can see the status of the indicator light).
3. Your order number, purchase date, and purchase platform.
