Reasons for PM-241-BT/PM-246S Flashing Blue Lights
The blue light flashes or the blue light flashes when you click Print: This is usually caused by a paper jam or the dust/contaminants are affecting the Print Head.
Please follow the steps below to enable the printer to feed paper normally.
This article also applies to models with similar structures:PM-245-BT/PM-249-BT series.
1. Restart the printer and run automatic label recognition
Notice:Please turn off the printer, put in at least three sheets of label paper, and close the printer cover tightly.
For gap paper:
Insert a label and make sure it is straight and smooth. When the printer is in standby mode, press and hold the feed button until the indicator light flashes blue 2 times, then release the feed button.

For black mark paper:
Insert a label and make sure it is straight and smooth. When the printer is in standby mode, press and hold the feed button until the indicator light flashes blue 3 times, then release the feed button.
2. Clear the printer print queue:
After the printer jams, if there are still print tasks in the print job pool, the printer will jam again after it is turned on. Please follow the instructions in the pictures to clear the print tasks.
