Reasons for PM-241-BT/PM-246S Flashing Purple Lights
Quickly flashing purple light indicates printing pause.
If the printer cannot print normally after clicking the paper feed button, there may be a poor connection with the printer that causes printing to be paused.
This article also applies to models with similar structures:PM-245-BT/PM-249-BT series.
1.Check the power adapter connection
1.1 Please check if the adapter is working properly by examining if the indicator light is always on(green or blue light).
1.2 Try connecting the device with an output 24V-2.5A adapter, if available, and see if it can boot up properly.
2.Check the connection between the printer and the computer
2.1 Re-plug the USB-A cable, or try another computer port to insert.
2.2 For Mac users, try using an alternative USB to Type-C cable adapter to check if it operates properly.
