What to do if Printer Setting Tool do not Detect PM-344-WF Printer？
As shown in the figure below, the Printer Setting Tool did not automatically detect the printer.
You can perform the following operations to troubleshoot:
1.Reset the power switch
When the printer power switch is turned on and printing paper is installed, both indicator lights will light up blue steadily.
2.Reconnect the data cable
2.1 Re-plug the cable connected to the computer or connect it with another USB port.
2.2 Reconnect the data cable and printer.
3.Restart your computer
Please restart your computer to make sure they are working properly and connected successfully.
