【PM-241-BT】Labelife APP Alert for the Note of Paper Jam


Please follow the steps below to enable the printer to feed paper normally.
This article also applies to models with similar structures:PM-245-BT/PM-249-BT series.

1. Print side facing up

Make sure your labels are properly loaded with the print side facing up. Make sure your labels are thermal-sensitive labels.

2.Check paper size setting

Check if the paper size is set incorrectly. Setting the appropriate paper size that matches the paper size you are using is necessary.



3.Clean the Printer Head

Clean the Printer Head with 75% alcohol pads



4.Close up the cover firmly

There are clips on both sides of the top cover that can be connected to the bottom of the printer. Make sure both sides are pressed and tightly engaged.
Press down firmly on the cover to make sure it is fully closed.


5. Run automatic label identification

For labels separated by gaps

Insert the label and make sure it is straight and smooth. While the printer is on standby, hold the Feed Button for about 6 seconds.

After the blue light flashes 2 times, release the Feed Button.



For labels separated by black lines or marks

A. Insert the label and make sure it is straight and smooth. While the printer is on standby, hold the Feed Button for about 8 seconds.

B. After the blue light flashes 3 times, release the Feed Button.


6. Reinstall the Labelife App and reconnect the printer

If the Labellife APP is not updated to the latest version, and the label you are using is a type of printing paper that is not available in the old version, it may also cause the actual printing paper to be inconsistent with the paper size and type set in the APP.
