1. Placement of printing paper

2. turn on your printer and Charge

Press and hold the power button to power on，

Then charge it via the supplied charging cord.

Note: If the power adapter is used,

it needs to be compatible with 5V/2A,

otherwise it may cause damage to the printer.

3. Phomemo App Download

Scan the QR code to get the app

4. Turn on your phone's Bluetooth

Depending on the requirements of Ios or Android,the Bluetooth functionality may require the following permissions：

Ios:

location, photos, bluetooth, camera, network permissions.

Android:

location, camera, storage space, network permissions.

5. Open the Phomemo App and go to the Connection Page

We can find the connect button in the top right corner of the homepage

Click on the QR code，and will connect to the printer

6. Scan for connect

With paper Place, double-click the power button and the printer will spit out the QR code.

Then scan the code with your mobile phone, and it'll connect.

7. Confirm the remaining power of the printer

Go back to the Bluetooth Connections page and locate our connected printer.

Select it, and we'll be able to check its remaining battery level and more information about the hardware.

2. Download and install the Driver

Visit the download page on the official Phomemo website

Search for the printer model and find your required driver

Unzip the driver zip package, Then run "QY_Printer Driver Setup", it will be installed automatically

Note: The printer should be power on and connected to the computer when installing the driver and software.

3.Print test

Open the software on your computer that has the printing function, find your printer and try to print.
