[M832] How to Work with Windows

The printer can only connect with PC through USB.

1. Download the Driver

  1. Navigate to the driver download page:
  2. Select the appropriate driver version for your system (ARM or x64).
  3. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the installation.

2. Connect the Printer to Your PC

  1. Connect the printer directly to your PC using a USB cable. (Please avoid using a USB hub.)
  2. If your PC only has USB-C ports, use a USB-C to USB-A single port adapter. Ensure the adapter is connected to the PC side, not the printer.

3. How to verify if the printer is powered on correctly.

To check if the printer is powered on, unplug the cable and observe the indicator light. If the light is off, the printer is not powered on.
Notes
Note: Press and hold the power button for 2~3 seconds to power it on.

4. Resolving the "Driver is Unavailable" Error.

  1. Ensure the correct driver is installed (see Step 1).
  2. This error usually occurs if connected via Bluetooth instead of USB. (Bluetooth connection to PC is not supported.)
