[M08F] How to work with Windows

The printer can only connect with PC through USB.

1. Download the Driver

  1. Navigate to the driver download page:
     https://pages.phomemo.com/#/m08f
  2. Select the appropriate driver version for your system (ARM or x64).

  3. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the installation.

2. Connect the Printer to Your PC

  1. Connect the printer directly to your PC using a USB cable. (Please avoid using a USB hub.)
  2. If your PC only has USB-C ports, please use a one-to-one USB-C to USB-A adapter. And make sure the adapter is connected to the PC, not the printer.

3. How to verify if the printer is powered on correctly.

You can verify if the printer is powered on by unplugging the cable and checking the indicator light. If the indicator is off, the printer is not powered on correctly.
Press and hold the power button for 2-3 seconds to power it on.

4. Fixing the "Driver is Unavailable" Error.

  1. Verify that the correct driver has been installed (refer to Step 1).
  2. This error typically occurs if you're connected via Bluetooth instead of USB. (Not support Bluetooth connection to PC). Refer to the demo video below to resolve the issue.
