[M08F] How to Load Thermal Paper and Print Correctly

1. Check the Status of the Printer:

  1. Open the printer's top cover and load the thermal print paper.
  2. Close the top cover properly.
  3. Power on the printer and check the status light.
  4. If the printe's status light is solid red, follow these steps to troubleshoot:
    1. Open the Phomemo App and connect the printer.
    2. Choose a file or image to print; the app will display one of the following prompts:
      1. "Printer Is Out Of Paper"
      2. "The cover is opened"

2. If the App Displays "Printer Is Out of Paper", please following the setps to reflash the sensor.

      
  1. Power on the printer without inserting any paper. (The printer's status light should shows a solid red light.)
  2. Press and hold the power button for 10~20 seconds until the indicator light flashes green twice, then release the power button.
    (Note: The printer will shut down during this process. Continue holding the power button until the indicator flashes green twice before releasing it.)
  3. Restart the printer and load paper to print again.

    1. A screenshot or photo of the app's print error message.
    2. A video of your troubleshooting steps. (Step 1~3)
    3. A photo of the printer's status when it cann't detect paper.
    4. Your order number, purchase platform, and purchase date.

3. If the App Displays "The cover is opened"

      
  1. Check if the top cover is properly closed.
    (Note: please check if both side closed properly.)

  2. If the issus persists, please contact our support team (Email: bestservice2012@outlook.com)  and provide the following information.
    1. A screenshot or photo of the app's print error message.
    2. An image of your printer's upper cover sensor (refer to the example image for guidance).
