1. Ensure the connection is correct.
Insert the Type-C end of the USB cable into the M08F's Type-C charging port, and plug the Type-A end into the power adapter's Type-A port.
2. Make sure using a DC 5V 2A power adapter.
You can verify whether the charger you're using outputs 5V 2A by checking its specifications.
Note: The printer only supports DC 5V 2A adapters and does not support fast-charging devices.
3. Check the indicator light status while charging.
After connecting the printer to a power outlet using the adapter, please check the status of the indicator light.
- If the light is flashing green, the printer is powered on and charging.
- If the light is alternating between red and green, the printer is powered off and charging.
- If the light is off, the battery is depleted. Charge the printer for 4 ~ 5 hours and check again.
4. How to check the current battery level.
- Unplug the power cable and power on the printer.
- Load a thermal print paper into the printer.
- Double-press the power button to print a self-test page.

5. Reset the printer and try to charging agian.
- While the printer is charging, gently poke the small reset hole near the charging port using a paper clip or similar tool.
- Allow the printer to charge for 30 minutes, then restart it to check if it's functioning properly.
- A photo of the power adapter you're using (refer to Setp 2).
- A demo video about the charging issue (please record while the cable connected so we can see the status of the indicator light).
