[M02] How to Load Thermal Paper and Print Correctly

1. Load the Thermal Paper Roll Properly

  1. Open the printer's top cover and load the thermal paper roll.
  2. Close the top cover properly.

2. If the App shows "Printer Is Out Of Paper"

Notes
Please follow the following the steps to reflash the sensor.
  1. Power on the printer without install the paper roll.
    (Note: The printer's status light should shows a solid red light.)
  2. Press and hold the power button for 10~20 seconds untill the indicator light flashes green twice, then release the power button.
    (Note: The printer will shut down during the process. Continue holding the power button until the indicator flashes green twice before releasing it.)
  3. Restart the printer and load paper to print again.

3. Contact Support.

If the issue persists, please contact our support team and provide the following information:
  1. A screenshot or photo of the app's print error message.
  2. A demo video of your troubleshooting step. (Refer to Step 2)
  3. A photo of the printer's status when it can't detect paper.
    (Note: You need install the paper roll and close the top cover properly first, and the photo need contain the light status)
  4. Your order number, purchase platform, and purchase date.
