[PM241BT]How to get high-quality printing results
This article also applies to models with similar structures:PM-245-BT/PM-249-BT series.
1.Use the original power adapter
Check whether the machine's power adapter is original. Please ensure that the power adapter used is original（output 24V-2.5A）
2.Clean the Printer Head
Open the cover and clean the Printer Head with alcohol pads (Any 70% alcohol pads will work.)

3.Select the appropriate print speed and density
Try adjusting the print speed (3) and darkness (12-15) to see if the print results get better.
For Mac:
①Select Printer Functions in Preview.
②Set print darkness in Darkness.
③Set the speed in Print Speed.
For Windows:
① Open Devices and Printers -> Click Label Printer -> Select Printer Preferences.
② Set speed in Print Speed.
③ Set the print darkness in Density.
For mobile phone:
① Open Labelife APP -> Click Print.
② Set the speed in Print Speed.
③ Set the print darkness in Print Quality.
4.Changing the printing paper
Print with other white labels and see if the results get clearer.

Hold the Feed Button until the blue light flashes once, then release it.
