How to Ensure PM-241-BT/PM-246S Feeding Paper Correctly


Feeding the printer paper to the correct position is the first step to ensure normal printing. Please check whether the following steps are completed.
This article also applies to models with similar structures:PM-245-BT/PM-249-BT series.

1.Use the original power adapter

1.1 Please check if the adapter is working properly by examining if the indicator light is always on(green or blue light).
1.2 Confirm that the output parameter of the power adapter is 24V-2.5A


2.Adjust tthe limit clip

Use both hands to move the limit clip of the printing paper so that the printing paper can pass smoothly without shifting left or right.


3.Close up the cover firmly

There are clips on both sides of the top cover that can be connected to the bottom of the printer. Make sure both sides are pressed and tightly engaged.
Press down firmly on the cover to make sure it is fully closed.


4.Clean dust or dirt inside the printer

4.1 Open the cover and use an alcohol pad (any 70% alcohol pad will work) to clean the Printer Head and Platen Roller.

Clean the Platen Roller in the same way. Its location is as follows:

4.2 Wait 2-3 minutes for the components to dry, close the cover, place the paper, and turn the label printer on.

4.3 Press the Feed Button (on the top of the Printer Cover) to check if the labels can be fed correctly.
