Print via software（Labelife）

1. Download labelife and driver

① Visit the download page on the official Phomemo website.
Offical website link: https://phomemo.com/pages/drivers

②  Find and download the Mac version of the driver


④ Go to the Mac's App Store, search for and download labelife. 

2. Installation of software and drivers

① Install this driver



3. Connection to Mac
① Find Printers in Settings and click Add Printer


② Select the label printer, and in the Software option, select Label Printer again.


③  Finally click Add, the USB printer is added.


4. Connection to software 
Labelife instructions
① If the printer is switched on and connected to the computer, labelife will automatically detect the printer model. 
② Start printing ！


If the printer is not detected or software crash, start the troubleshooting process with the following steps↓

Unable to install the driver
1. When installing the driver, the prompt""QY_Printer_V1.2.10" can't be opened because it comes from an unknown developer."



2. Find Privacy and Security in Settings and then open the installation privileges.



Printer is not detected 
1. Confirm whether the printer and computer communicate normally 
     a. If the connection is OK, the LabelPrinter device(Kind USB) will pop up in the list of printers.



2. Usually the printer can not be detected in two cases
  --Data cable transmission is bad, need to change the data cable and try again.
  --Printer and computer connection between an additional interface docking station, resulting in communication abnormalities. You can try to connect the printer directly to the computer
