1. Make sure your labels are “Thermal paper” and the print side is facing up
Please make sure the tear-off side of the label is facing up.
2.Please make sure you are using the original 24V-2.5A power adapter
3. Reset the printer
3.1 Press the button on the printer：
Insert the label and make sure it is straight and smooth. Restart the printer, when the printer is in standby mode (solid blue indicator light), press and hold the feed button until the blue light flashes 4 times, then release the feed button.

Please connect the printer to the Labelife mobile app. Then reset it as shown in the picture:
